Is it easy to get started? Yes. You can have integrations up and running in less than 60 minutes.
How do I count my users? Tasktop users are the same as the users of the integrated applications. A license is required for anyone that creates, modifies or is referenced by an artifact in the end points. We don’t double count users – if one person uses both Jira and Azure DevOps, only one Tasktop license is required.
What’s the maximum number of users? Almost half of the Fortune 100 use Tasktop, and so far we haven’t encountered a volume of users we can’t support.
Tasktop is perfect if you have 50 or 25,000 users.
Do you offer volume discounting or enterprise license agreements? Yes. Get in touch and we can work out a custom quote for you.
What versions of tools do you support? We support 300+ versions of 50+ tools. Details here: Supported versions
Do you offer a hosting service? Do I have to install it on-premise? Currently Tasktop is only available on-premise or hosted.
