Demand Growing for Value Stream Integration Solution that Allows Agile and DevOps to Work at Scale
VANCOUVER, BC, May 4, 2017– Tasktop, the leader in Value Stream Integration, today announced that during the first half of fiscal year (FY) 2017 -- covering the reporting period Oct. 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017 – the company signed more than 200 new customers, adding to its portfolio of global leaders in financial services, insurance, government and manufacturing, which include 43 of the Fortune 100, 11 of the top banks globally, six of the largest health plans, and four of the top ten US insurance companies.
The company also achieved several major milestones, including the introduction of its market-changing Tasktop Integration Hub.

Product Innovation
Value Stream Integration Solution
In January, Tasktop launched its Tasktop Integration Hub, which completely reimagines how organizations connect software delivery at scale. The new unified suite introduced model-based integration, a new visual and web-based user interface, and the ability to connect all tools and stakeholders in the delivery pipeline. Already supporting the world's largest Agile and DevOps transformations, Tasktop now enables enterprises to scale deployments to hundreds of projects, tens of thousands of users and millions of artifacts.
Newly Released Visual View of Integration Landscape
In addition, Tasktop recently released enhancements to the Tasktop Integration Hub, which now offers a landscape view -- another tremendous leap towards making value stream integration, automation and visibility easy to implement at organizations of any size. By visualizing the tools and integrations in the value stream, organizations can get full visibility and move away from one-off integrations and the “spaghetti” diagrams that are commonplace today.
Using the new view, users can see at a glance what systems are integrated, and then layer on information about what’s flowing between them (e.g. Stories, Defects, Requirements). Users can also see whether they have one- or two-way flows. Landscape view also provides filters so that users can zero in on certain sections of their integration landscape, and drill down on artifacts to see exactly where they are flowing.
For administrators, this release makes it easy to understand the integration landscape at a glance. And it provides CIOs with macro visibility into all the integrations, so that they can see in one place how each system is being connected.
Expanded Partner Network
In the first half of FY 2017, Tasktop continued to expand its technology partnerships and product network with new integrations for Microsoft Sharepoint, Salesforce, SmartBear, HPE ALM Octane, Pivotal Tracker and QA Symphony.
Employee Growth
Tasktop increased its global staffing, with significant growth in both its Vancouver headquarters and Austin (U.S. headquarters) offices.
New Strategic Advisor
Gene Kim joined Tasktop in a strategic advisor role. In this role, he will provide guidance on the evolution of the company’s products and the future of DevOps and how enterprises in the real world are implementing DevOps at scale.
